In 1831 Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 14 from Bernabe Gutierrez de Lara .
In 1852 the heirs of Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa applied for confirmation of Revilla 14 from the State of Texas. Tomas Ramirez applied on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
