Manuel Tadeo Chavez de Caballero was born in Queretaro, the son of Felipe Chavez.
Land
In 1790 he purchased Camargo 79 from Maria Antonia Guajardo. The tract was sold in 1784 via extrajudicial deed and formalized in 1790. See Sáenz Ramírez, Protocolos de Camargo p. 178; Seabury and Escobar, Family Tree Book, p. 352.
