In 1767, as an antiguo agregado, he was granted Camargo 28 by the King of Spain. Possession not given due to absence and failure to appoint someone to receive it for him.
In 1783, he sold Camargo 28 to Jose Bartolome Garcia for 35 pesos. Camargo protocols, p.87. Porcion is at "Paso de Tio Adame" to the hill of Comales. Paso de Tio Adame seems to refer to Camargo 64 on the other side of the river. "sold for more or less half its true price" to Bartolome Garcia and Miguel Chapa.
