He was born circa 1707, and was baptized 1 Nov 1707 in Saltillo. His father was Marcos Sanchez, and his mother was Catalina Flores de Abrego. At the baptism, the priest recorded his residence as Hacienda de Mesillas.

Isabel Maria Sanchez Navarro, baptized 23 Nov 1734 in Saltillo. She married Juan Jose Lopez de Jaen, son of Juan Lopez de Jaen and Maria Rosa de Abrego in 1750. She owned Revilla 20 (tract).
