Birth
He was born circa 1739. His father was Jose Sebastian Aparicio Peña, and his mother was Maria Rosa Garcia. His mother owned Mier 11 grant.
Marriage
He married Maria Guadalupe Garcia, daughter of Jose Cristobal Garcia and Petra Cantu.
On 9 Aug 1776, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Gregoria Salinas in Cerralvo. He was 37 years old, a resident of Mier. It was his second marriage. Groom and his mother are listed as residents of Mier. Land Ownership
In 1767, he was granted Mier 9 by the King of Spain. He was a resident of Camargo transferred to Mier. There was an improved estancia at the site.
