Josepha Menchaca was the daughter of Juan de Menchaca and Margarita Ximenez de Valdez.
She requested a dispensation to marry Sebastian Maldonado in 1703 in Monclova. Dispensation source: Guerra et al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, 34-1, p.152.
