His father was Miguel de la Garza Falcon, and his mother was Gertrudis de Renteria.

Marriage

In 1707, he requested a dispensation to marry Juana de Treviño. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.196.

Children
