He married Juana de Montalvo, daughter of Pasqual de Montalvo and Maria Rangel.
In 1684, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria de la Rocha (Vela). They were married in 1684. It was his second marriage.
Children
Juan de los Santos Garcia, born 1685. In 1705, he requested a dispensation to marry Catarina de Treviño in Monterrey. They were married in 1705.
