She was born circa 1744. Her father was Francisco Ignacio Farias, and her mother was Juana Maria Barrera. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the daughter of a settler, española, and 6 years old. Her household had 8 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
