His father was Alonso Rodriguez de Carbajal, and his mother was Luisa Villarreal de las Casas.
Marriage
He married Antonia de Ayala Benavides, daughter of Juan Jose de Ayala and Ana Maria Baez de Benavides on 18 Aug 1675 in Monterrey.
