He married Maria de Montemayor, daughter of Miguel Rodriguez de Montemayor and Luisa Garcia de Quintanilla.
On 9 Oct 1732, he requested a dispensation to marry Nicolasa Benites. They were married in Monterrey. He was 32 years old. It was his second marriage.
Children
Francisco Moreno, born 1725. He married Juana de Aguirre, daughter of Joaquin de Aguirre and Maria Inez Flores on 22 Jan 1747 in Guajuco.
