She was born circa 1735. Her father was Jose Vela, and her mother was Maria Felipa Selvera. Her father owned Mier 9 grant, Mier 12 grant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Residence and Household - 1750

In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the daughter of a settler, and 15 years old. Her household had 5 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony:

Jose Vela, head of household, español

Francisco Vela, son, 17 years old
