Francisco Vela

He was born circa 1733. His father was Jose Vela, and his mother was Maria Felipa Selvera. His father owned Porción 9, Mier, Porción 12, Mier. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, and 17 years old. His household had 5 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony.
