Jose Vela

He was born circa 1738. His father was Juan Vela, and his mother was Felipa Rodriguez. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, español, and 12 years old. His household had 5 people, including one servant, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
