He married Catarina Garcia de las Rivas on 7 Sep 1714. He was 36 years old.

Procurador general of Cadereyta in 1703-4. Resident of Pilon by 1713 and "teniente de esta valle".
Death
He died on 16 Mar 1717 in Valle de Pilon (Montemorelos). He was 39 years old.
