He married Francisca Lopez de Jaen, daughter of Miguel Lopez de Jaen and Ana Sanchez on 5 May 1722 in Cadereyta. He was 24 years old, and the bride was 23 years old. Their padrino was Tomas Rodriguez, and their madrina was Rita Sanchez (Saenz).

Diego Hinojosa. He married Maria Zaragoza Lopez. He owned Mier 68 (tract).
Maria Margarita Hinojosa, born 1728. She married Jose Matias Longoria, son of Juan Diego Longoria and Clara Maria Chapa.
