He was born circa 1737. His father was Tomas Guajardo, and his mother was Maria Ignacia Villarreal. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, and 13 years old. His household had 5 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.

He married Ana Gomez.

In 1767, as an antiguo poblador, he was granted Camargo 111 by the King of Spain.
