Children
Jose Leonardo Chapa, born 1774. He married Bernarda Chapa, daughter of Joaquin Chapa Rodriguez and Juana Rosa Vela in 1802 in Mier. He died on 9 Sep 1813 in the vicinity of the Rio Grande. Cause of death: killed by Indians. He was 39 years old.
Maria Guadalupe Chapa, born 1776. She married Manuel Ramos, son of Francisco Ramos and Maria Gertrudis Hinojosa.
