He married Ana Maria Dorotea Caballero de los Olivos, daughter of Sgt. Maj. Lucas Caballero de los Olivos and Margarita Rodriguez de Montemayor on 22 Feb 1738 in Hacienda de Higueras. He was 70 years old. It was his second marriage, and her second marriage.

Francisco Javier de la Garza Falcon. In 1728, he requested a dispensation to marry Josefa Gonzalez de Paredes. They were married in 1728.
Joseph Salvador de la Garza Falcon. In 1734, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Ana de Leon Garcia.
Luisa de la Garza Falcon. In 1722, she requested a dispensation to marry Alonso Ignacio de Aragon.
Juan Bautista de la Garza Falcon, born 1690. He married Maria Petra de la Garza. He married Maria Javiera Guerra.
Clara de la Garza Falcon, born 1692. In 1716, she requested a dispensation to marry Francisco Garcia de Soberon, son of Antonio de Soberon and Maria Gonzalez de Baro. She died before 1753. She was 61 years old. Her husband died before 13 Oct 1749 in Revilla. He was 59 years old.
