In 1767, as the widow of a primitivo poblador, Ana Maria Guerra Cañamar was granted Camargo 59 by the King of Spain. There was a rancho at the site. Prociones 59 & 60 were a joint grant to the widow and daughter of Nicolas de los Santos Coy.
