In 1767, as the son of a primitivo poblador, Ignacio Garcia was granted Camargo 20 by the King of Spain. His will is in the Camargo Protocolos, pp. 265-270. 1798 with 1800 addendum.
Jose Jesus Garcia inherited Camargo 20 from Ignacio Garcia. According to Ignacio Garcia's 1798 will, Jesus Garcia was his "brother and compadre", and he had a porcion adjacent to Ignacio's. This could mean that Jesus purchased porcion 19 at some point, or he inherited porcion 21. It seems that he was eventually the owner of Ignacio's porcion 20, since his estate sold it to Jose Luis de la Garza in 1834.
In 1834 Jose Luis de la Garza purchased Camargo 20 from Jose Jesus Garcia. Possibly a relative (son?) of Antonio de la Garza (Camargo 19)?
