In 1831, as the son of the original grantee, Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 17. heirs of Eugenio Ramirez (deceased), by purchase

In 1852, as the son of purchaser, Tomas Ramirez applied for confirmation of Revilla 17 from the State of Texas. Tomas Ramirez applies on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
