In 1767 Bartholome Gutierrez de Lara was granted Revilla 16 by the King of Spain.
In 1831 Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 16.
In 1852 the heirs of Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa applied for confirmation of Revilla 16. Tomas Ramirez applied on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
